Types of Roof Coatings
Acrylic
Best balance of cost & effectiveness. However, it does not perform well in ponding water.
Silicone
Performs well in standing water & can provide increased energy efficiency.

Urethane
Best for high-traffic areas & hail resistance.
Installation Process

Confirm the roof is a good fit for coating. The existing roof material must be free or moisture & ensure the coating will be able to adhere.
2. Clean the Roof
Pressure wash the roof, it must be clear of all dirt & debris.
3. Treat the Seams & Fasteners
Treat the seams, ridges, rake edges, and any penetrations with an initial coat.
